Building 177

Originally home to the Naval Training Center’s library, Building 177 has been redesigned with special events in mind. The building’s wood floors, white walls, vaulted ceilings, and exposed beams create a light-filled and airy interior. With over 7,000 square feet of versatile space, the venue provides a striking-yet-minimal canvas for your creativity to run wild.

The venue is open and accessible, encouraging guests to flow naturally from our scenic outdoor patio through an entry foyer and into the main hall. Building 177 comfortably hosts up to 400 guests for a seated reception and 750 guests for a cocktail-style gathering, making it the perfect space for wedding receptions, trade shows, and conferences.

Venue rental includes use of an outdoor patio and prep kitchen. For wedding parties, the venue includes a meticulously-designed bridal suite. Corporate groups can take advantage of VIP or breakout rooms to meet their needs.
