17 Nov Wedding at L’auberge in Del Mar
Jerry and Peter had a beautiful wedding at L’auberge in Del Mar. While there was no theme, it was a Halloween wedding so one of the bridal party members brought a surprise candy bucket! After the ceremony and cocktail hour, there was a gorgeous sunset and fantastic weather for dinner on the rooftop Pacific Terrace. The market lighting gave the area a beautiful glow. At the end of dinner, there were some heartfelt speeches by the bridal party members. Following the speeches, we headed down for some fun dance time.
Downstairs, I did a monogram on the waterfall along with up-lighting and dance floor lighting in the ballroom!
To kick off the dancing, the groomsmen and bridesmaids had a lip sync battle. It was awesome! The groomsmen even had a surprise choreographed dance. In the end, the bridesmaids won for most enthusiasm, but I still think the groomsmen had the best dance moves.
The rest of the night was an amazing party. We played a mix of top-40 requests and classic hits. “Hotline Bling” by Drake was the most requested song of the evening! We ended with a sing-along to “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey. What a fun night!

We had an amazing wedding thanks to Will’s entertainment, organization and DJ skills. We only had two calls with him before the event and it went off without a hitch. We threw a few things at him last minute, like mashup songs, a groomsmen dance and wedding party lipsync. He was extremely patient with us and went along with all of our crazy ideas that weren’t finalized until two nights before. We are so thankful for his efforts in making our wedding the best night ever. The dance floor was packed the entire night and every part of the program went smoothly thanks to Will. We would highly recommend working with him!
