Ocean Beach is just one of the beaches San Diego is known for. Surrounded by an eclectic assortment of pubs and eateries, it is a favorite among surfers, and San Diego locals. While the neighborhood has many wonderful venues for events, if it’s a ceremony on the beach you’re after, you’ll be needing to get a permit with the city for a beach wedding. They can be obtained easily after filling out the appropriate forms online and turning them into the city for approval. The extra work is worth it, however, as Ocean Beach boasts some of the most amazing ocean views, cliffs, and the world famous Ocean Beach Pier.
The Beach is also surrounded by plenty of hotels and inns to accommodate any out of town guests, and it is easy to turn a wedding event into an unforgettable vacation experience
