11 Jul Scripps Seaside Forum Wedding
Scott and John’s Scripps Seaside Forum wedding in La Jolla was wonderful. They’re an awesome couple who really enjoy each other and their family and friends. They wanted a fun party for everyone to celebrate their union, and everything went flawlessly. The weather was just perfect at their La Jolla wedding. The ocean view was fantastic from the cliffs of Scripps Seaside Form. They started with a wonderful ceremony which I took care of the music and mics for. Following the ceremony, they had cocktail hour and pictures.
After the cocktail hour, everyone went inside for dinner. I did shades of light-blue up-lighting on the curtain inside and palm trees outside. Once all the guests were inside, Scott and John did the grand entrance to “Happy” by Pharrell followed by their first dance to “All of Me” by John Legend.
Following dinner Scott and John had a very fun surprise for their guests! They had a drag queen show! They had two main performers do four numbers. The crowd really go into it!
At the end of the show, I got everyone out onto the dance floor. It rocked the whole night! The crowd liked a wide variety of music from the 80’s to today’s hits. It was such a fun wedding and I’m really happy I was able to celebrate with Scott and John. I wish them all the best! They were so nice to write a five-star review for me on WeddingWire as well!
