Hi there, I’m Dylan Rodin! I’ve been a DJ for Dancing DJ Productions since 2015. I especially enjoy DJing weddings, parties, and corporate events!

DJing is my passion, and music has been a major part of my life since I was a kid. When I was younger I spent much of my time playing in swing bands, jazz bands, and the San Diego Youth Symphony

As I got older, I decided to pick up more instruments. But in a digital world, becoming a DJ was the best way for me to combine my passion with a career. I quickly began DJing at local venues like Fluxx and Bassmnt and honed my DJ and MC skills.

I put music behind me for a while as I pursued my degrees in Spanish and international business. This period helped me become bilingual in English and Spanish. Then I went off to live in Israel to study at Yeshiva. During that time, my love of traveling and music took me all over as I broadened my horizons on a musical and spiritual level. After that transformational experience, I came back to San Diego, excited to share my passion with everyone.

I enjoy a wide variety of music from EDM to reggaeton to classic rock. I’m also an avid swing dancer and truly enjoy seeing people dance and have a great time! I’d love to share my passion for music and dance with you and make your celebration unforgettable!

  • I highly recommend for Corporate Events! DJ Dylan was meant for us. He added a lot of flavor to our awards dinner and then built on the excitement throughout the rest of the night. So much that we had to extend the event! The dance floor was not big enough. haha Dylan, thanks for reading the crowd so well and for your professionalism with added DJ swagger.

  • DJ Dylan made my son's Bar Mitzvah! He started off with a bang. He had the kids and adults dancing the whole time and played an awesome mix I still remember! He did some fun games and participation with the kids as well. My son and many of the guests said it was the best Bar Mitzvah they've ever been too! Thank you Dylan!

  • We just had a wonderful experience with Dylan! First off we really enjoyed getting to know him prior to the event. He’s very friendly and has a perfect personality for a DJ! He was excellent on the microphone taking care of all our main announcements! Once the dance party got going he played a great mix of music that kept the dance floor full. We couldn’t be happier!
